• Submit requests email or text.
• Emergency issues: call immediately
• Report damage promptly

General

• No illegal activity
• No Smoking
• No disturbing other tenants
• No Pets unless approved by Landlord in written in advance
• No items may be stored in a stairwell, staircase or in any common area, including lobbies

Property Care

• Keep unit clean
• Tenant responsible for damages beyond normal wear.

Changes

• Management approval required for alterations or signage 

Access

• 24‑hour notice for inspections/repairs  If an Emergency occurs, Landlord has permission to enter unit, and will inform Tenant as soon as possible via phone.

• Parking is on-street and in public parking lots nearby. 
• Tenants are encourage to lock their doors and don't leave any valuables in their vehicle.
• Trash must be collected and taken to  Mitchell County Recycling Center at 2097 Altapass Hwy, Spruce Pine, NC.

• Clean vents and change Min-Split filters regularly.
• Replace Water Filter in Refrigerator every 6 months. 

• Return all keys
• Cleaning/damages may be charged
