If you are interested in becoming a Residential Tenant or Commercial Tenant, please call us at (828) 594-8780 or email us at info@ScotlandPropertyGroup.com All residential tenant will be required to fill out an application and pay a fee for a background check for all the occupants of the unit.

How Do I Pay My Rent:

Upon signing a lease, you will be given access to an online portal that will walk you though setting up your account. Your rent will be deducted automatically from your account at the 1st day of each month.

Maintenance Issues:

If you are tenant in one of our properties that we own and manage and you have a maintenance request, please contact us directly at (828) 594-8780 and let us know of the issue. If the issue happens after hours, please leave a message and someone from our staff will reach out to you shortly.
