PARKWAY HOTEL & RESTAURANT SITE - LITTLE SWITZERLAND, NC

During the 1950's as Americans were enjoying travel by automobile, this site was developed as a roadside motel and restaurant. It was most recently called the "Mountain View Restaurant" known for it's Million Dollar Panoramic View of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 

Currently the structure is vacant and redevelopment plans are being created. However at this point, we are still open to purchase offers, lease/build-to-suit arrangements.

Located at the Gillespie Gap Blue Ridge Parkway Entrance/Exit  at the intersection of the Blue Ridge Parkway and Hwy 226.
